ORIGIN
Grown in the misty hills of Sanxia, New Taipei, where cool mornings and wide day–night temperature swings concentrate aroma in the leaf. Hand-picked at dawn and pan-fired the same day to preserve its signature fresh, grassy character.
AROMA & FLAVOR
Aroma of fresh-cut grass with a bright, sweet bean-like finish. Clean and light on the palate, with a gentle sweetness that lingers — no bitterness.
WHEN TO ENJOY
Best enjoyed in the morning or before a task that needs focus — its gentle caffeine wakes you up without the jitters. As with most green teas, it's easier on the stomach after a meal; if you're caffeine-sensitive, keep it to earlier in the day.
