ORIGIN
Grown in Muzha, Taipei — the heartland of Taiwanese Tieguanyin. Traditional heavy withering, oxidation, and roasting bring out deep, ripe-fruit sweetness with a subtle orchid undertone.
AROMA & FLAVOR
Deep roasted sweetness with a hint of orchid beneath. Full-bodied and rounded, with clear ripe-fruit sweetness and a delicate floral finish.
WHEN TO ENJOY
A good choice before something important — an interview, an exam, a signing — or simply as a daily cup for a little extra good fortune.
Enjoy It With
Sweets|Dark chocolate, nougat, egg yolk pastry, roasted nuts
Fruit|Dried fruit, roasted chestnuts
Savory|Braised pork belly, grilled meats, fried food (it cuts through the richness)
Avoid|Delicate floral desserts, light fresh fruit (the tea will overpower them)
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every batch is independently lab-tested for pesticide residues and shipped only if it meets Taiwan's food safety standards.
