ORIGIN
Grown in Lugu, Nantou — the birthplace of Dongding Oolong. Traditional charcoal roasting brings out caramel-nut notes and deep, woody undertones, making this a classic expression of Taiwanese oolong.
AROMA & FLAVOR
Charcoal-roasted caramel and nut aromas over deep, woody notes. Rich and full-bodied, with pronounced caramel-nut character and a long, sweet finish.
WHEN TO ENJOY
Well suited to a daily ritual — a fixed moment for tea. Its roasted character pairs naturally with reading, journaling, or simply gathering your thoughts.
Enjoy It With
Sweets|Pineapple cake, walnut cake, peanut brittle, brown sugar cake, crème caramel
Fruit|Dried persimmon, dried figs, baked apple
Savory|Braised pork, roast duck, Cantonese roast meats
Avoid|Fresh berries, light and airy desserts (they make the tea taste thin)
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every batch is independently lab-tested for pesticide residues and shipped only if it meets Taiwan's food safety standards.
